I’ve led troops through combat zones and teams through corporate boardrooms. Today, I help small-to-mid-sized business owners—especially in the construction space—lead with clarity, scale with strategy, and reclaim the balance they’ve been chasing for years.

The Journey That Brought Me Here
I grew up in Long Island, New York. I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and spent the next decade as an Army officer, including two combat deployments leading soldiers in Iraq.
In the military, I learned what it meant to lead when the stakes were highest. I learned how to make decisions when everything’s uncertain—and how to care for people, not just systems. I carried those lessons with me into the civilian world.
Over the past 15 years, I climbed the ranks in the building supply industry—serving as a regional manager, district manager, and eventually VP. But even with that success, I knew something was missing.
I started my own company for three reasons:
To be more present for my family
(I still remember missing my daughter’s 5th grade graduation because work said no).
To build a business rooted in integrity and alignment

To help other leaders break free from the burnout trap and create something that works for their life, not just their profit sheet.
